Book with an open date

We offer you the possibility to book your trek with an open date. This means that the selected date is not final and can be changed freely and at no cost.

We understand that this option is useful for those who have not yet finalized their vacation dates or flight tickets, but still wish to book and secure their spots.

Booking with an open date

1. When booking, please indicate the most probable date for the selected service. This helps us estimate the time period.
2. Select the "Open Date" option. If this option is not selected, we will consider the date as final.

After booking, you will receive an automatic email once a week with the remaining availability for the days before and after your selected date, allowing you to confirm or modify your choice accordingly.

Changing the date

Date changes are free and can be made at any time, but please take the following points into account:

• Our agency will only make reservations once the final date has been confirmed.
• If the service has already been booked, it will no longer be possible to change the date. Once the reservation is completed, our agency has paid the fees to the Ministry of Culture, which unfortunately does not allow modifications or refunds.
• The change can be easily made from the booking tracking page by simply selecting a new date.
• The change can only be made for a date with available slots. If no availability exists for the desired new date, it cannot be selected.
• If the new date is in the future, it must be within a reasonable timeframe. For example, it is not possible to book for the current year and later change it to two years in advance.
